Oliver Grewe has been working for more than 25 years in financial and economic research as well as risk control in banking and other industries. As a longstanding senior analyst at UBS, he was responsible for economic, political and risk assessment of major industrialised and emerging economies. He was also in charge of developing an analytical framework for managing global economic and political extreme scenarios. Previously, he worked for a major industrial firm on sector and cyclical anaylsis. Oliver conducts seminars and workshops on a regular basis on financial, economic policy and banking issues. He holds a Master and Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Freiburg (Germany).
Peter Stapfer has more than 20 years of international consulting experience, primarily in banking and financial services institutions in the areas of management and talent development. As Head of Executive Education APAC at UBS Wealth Management, he was responsible for talent and management development and the development and certification of client advisors. Earlier, he was Global Program Director at Swiss Finance Institute (former Swiss Banking School), responsible for Executive MBA Programs and talent development initiatives. Peter holds a MBA and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on banking (University of Zurich) and a Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching (Ashridge Business School, UK). He is an accredited executive coach (EMCC Master level) and member of the board of EMCC Switzerland.
John Koh is an experienced Human Resource professional with key expertise in executive search and training. Operating mostly in Singapore and Hong Kong, he has been Managing Director of WMRC Private Ltd. since 2008 and has been instrumental in placing senior talents across the front and middle office roles within the major and global financial institutions in the region. Previously, John also helmed a training consultancy for nine years which offered training and consulting services to large corporates and medium-sized enterprises.
John holds a M.Sc. in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University and MBA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Damian-Emanuel Wider has more than 15 years of national and international education experience in the Swiss banking industry. In addition he has got long-standing experience in customer advisory and sales with several financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Raiffeisen and Cantonal Bank of Fribourg. Today he runs his own business in the area of personnel development and training in the banking industry. His core activities include strategic projects, the execution of courses and seminars, and coaching (up to senior management level). Damian is a qualified education manager, coach (CAS Coaching Advanced IAP) and economist (University of Freiburg/Switzerland).
Urs Bolzern has been working for 30 years in banking and finance, of which roughly 15 years in various managerial roles. Following a long-standing career at Credit Suisse in several functions within private banking, asset management and investment banking, he was Head of Private Banking and subsequently CEO at HYPOSWISS Private Bank. After its acquisition by the Cantonal Bank of St. Gallen, he became member of the latter’s executive board in charge of the private banking business. Since 2008 he has been acting as a delegate of the board of directors at the asset management company Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft Zurich (VGZ). Urs holds a Master of Business Economics from HSG University of St. Gallen/Switzerland.
Harry Huerzeler has been in diverse managerial functions in the financial industry for more than three decades, both nationally and internationally. For 14 years he covered several roles at Credit Suisse Group, ultimately as Managing Director. Subsequently, he worked in professional education for 15 years, initially as Director of the Swiss Banking School and later on as COO and Director Executive Education of the Swiss Finance Institute. Under Harry’s leadership more than 100 education programs were conducted; personally, he instructed more than 2’500 executives and experienced client advisors from more than 50 countries. Since 2013, Harry is owner of Harry Huerzeler Management, specialized in consulting and education in private banking. He holds a Master of Business Economics from HSG University of St. Gallen/Switzerland and a Ph.D. in Mathematics from ETH Zurich/Switzerland.
Louis-Paul Wicki has been working in the IT industry for more than 25 years in a number of different functions. Following several years at Digital Equipment (DEC) where he was in charge of software development for financial institutions, he worked for the Institute for Information Management of the University of St. Gallen, achieving his doctorate in close collaboration with the Cantonal Bank of Zurich. Subsequently, Louis-Paul joined the St. Gallen Consulting Group (SCG) as member of the executive management. Since 2000 he has been CEO of the Business Areas Education and E-business at CREALOGIX. Louis-Paul holds a Master and Ph.D. of Business Economics from HSG University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Francois E. Aubert is a management consultant, speaker, trainer, lecturer (Trinity College Dublin) and business coach, working with companies, families and individuals in over 50 countries. His extensive knowledge of the financial world, and more particularly private banking and customer relationship management, comes from 30 years in the business and from working with an array of senior managers from all around the world he has advised, trained and/or coached.
He holds an MBA from the Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and is a Certified Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager (CEFA), CAIA charter-holder, TEP (Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner), Chartered MCSI, Certified Trainer (Swiss Federal Certificate), Certified Business Coach, NLP and Belbin Certified Practitioner.
Urs Etter has held various sales and consulting functions for over 25 years, of which a few years at UBS. For 15 years, he has been an independent sales trainer with over 1’000 conducted seminar days. At Credit Suisse, Neue Aargauer Bank, UBS and J. Safra Sarasin he supported client advisor certifications as a coach and assessor. Urs Etter is lecturer of the higher technical school for marketing and assessment expert for sales professionals.
Sonja Gebhard has 25 years of experience in international financial institutions. She first worked for several years as a client advisor in private banking at HypoVereinsbank in Germany. She then acquired and looked after international institutional clients for more than 15 years as Senior Relationship Manager in Institutional Banking at the Swiss financial institutions Sarasin and Vontobel. She was also responsible for the development and establishment of individual market segments in Germany. Sonja Gebhard is a banker, trainer and assessor.
Christopher Goh has more than 25 years of experience in several senior functions in treasury, risk management and wealth management at various institutions in the Asia Pacific region. This includes a number of globally operating banks such as DBS, Banco Santander, Credit Agricole as well as Merrill Lynch. Also, he has been and still is Family Wealth Advisor at JC Business Advisory to support family transitioning of wealth transfer to younger generation. Dr Christopher Goh is Trainer and Personnel Developer for several banks and also an Visiting Professor to several universities, namely Shanghai JiaoTong University, Central University of Finance and Economics (Beijing), Harbin Institute of Technology (Harbin), and S.P. Jain (Singapore and Dubai campus).
Dr. iur. Beatrix Jäger is Managing Partner of at independent consulting company Primecoach AG in Wollerau/Switzerland. Prior to that, she worked for more than ten years in leading roles at the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority, in particular on banking, regulatory and competition topics.
Beatrix Jäger holds a PhD in Law from the University of Innsbruck/Austria.
Sabine Kilgus is a lawyer in Zurich, a consultant at Losinger, Willimann and Donghi, and specialized in issues of money laundering and banking/financial market law. She regularly publishes articles on current issues and trends in these areas. She is the president of the self-regulatory organization SRO of Treuhand Suisse. Sabine Kilgus was a member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and is now Vice President of the Audit Supervisory Authority. She is a professor at the University of St. Gallen and teaches financial market law topics at all levels of university programs and advanced education.
Paolo Losinger is an advocate and partner at Losinger Willimann & Donghi in Zurich and specialized in banking and capital market law. He is a director of SRO Treuhand Suisse and a board member of various SMEs. Previously, he worked as a partner with Bürgi Nägeli Lawyers in Zurich and was Head of Legal and Tax Services at Intersettle in Zurich.
Italo Ponzo has more than 25 years of experience in management and IT consulting, client advisory and personnel development in the banking business. For many years he was client advisor at financial institutions in Switzerland, including Banca Commerciale Italiana, Deutsche Bank and Lloyds Bank. For the past 10 years, Italo has been supporting financial institutions as an independent project manager as well as trainer and assessor for bank client advisors and supporting personnel.
Karl Schädler is Managing Partner & CEO of Cottonfield Family Office AG. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of asset management, investment banking and private banking. Barbara Schlegge has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance. She worked for eight years in the credit department of Commerzbank, including several years as head of department. Subsequently, she has worked for a company in the field of renewable energies. Since 12 years, she is a management consultant with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises.

For many years Erich Wasser held management and specialist roles in Corporate Banking at UBS. Among others, he was Chief Credit Officer for private and business customers and was responsible for the retail credit portfolio in Switzerland. Previously, he was Senior Credit Officer for North and Central Switzerland and Head of the Credit Division (incl. Credit Risk and Recovery Management). He was also Head of Financial Institutions and Credit Specialist at UBS New York for eight years. For the past 15 years, he has been working as a trainer and assessor of client advisors in corporate banking.
Pietro Vinci studies law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zurich. In addition to his school career, he was able to acquire profound knowledge and experience in the administration of various industries and, among others, in the implementation and supervision of language examinations. He has also put his knowledge into practice in the healthcare sector, within various departments of various hospitals and psychiatric clinics in Switzerland and abroad.
