In our e-learning module “Digitalisation in Banking and Fintech”, we examine the impact of digitalisation and financial technology (fintech) in banking. Topics include digitalisation of banking services, big data and artificial intelligence, and how they are used in the financial services sector, including robo-advisors, distributed ledger technology and blockchain, and use of social media.
