The FADP online Library comprises of three modules. The introductory module describes the aim and purpose of the Federal Act on Data Protection, the most important principles of data processing and important measures to ensure data security. The second module describes the main rights and obligations under the Federal Act on Data Protection.

Finally, the concluding module deals with the data protection legislation in the European area from a Swiss companies’ perspective and the enforcement of relevant data protection laws. The modules build on each other and enable employees to gain fundamental specialist knowledge immediately.
