Mission

Fintelligence provides tailor-made and personalized services in personnel and organizational development for financial services providers. In particular, Fintelligence focuses on offering development measures and training for client advisors, team leaders and middle and back office personnel of banks.

Fintelligence is accredited by SAQ (Swiss Association for Quality) for all six client advisor programs, by SAM (Swiss Association of Asset Managers), by CISI (Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment) in the United Kingdom and IBF (Institute of Banking and Finance) in Singapore.

Offering

Fintelligence offer training and development programmes with our team of subject matter experts, experienced trainers and leading coaches aimed at the development of financial services professionals (Private Banking, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking). Our programmes can help to:

• Enhance dialogue and negotiation skills in client advisory meetings;
• Develop and consolidate leadership and strategic decision-making skills;
• Acquire and deepen professional skills, e.g. in investment categories, credit management, economics, wealth planning, legal framework and taxes, and banking compliance (e.g. AML or FinSA);
• Instil professionalism in working life and resource resilience.

All development measures include knowledge acquisition sequences as well as assessment opportunities. The programmes offered by Fintelligence are approved as recertification measures by SAQ.

E-Learning platform

Fintelligence maintains a comprehensive online learning and online testing/assessment platform on more than 100 relevant topics in banking, finance, wealth solutions, legal framework, taxes, client advisory and bank compliance.

The platform is available in four languages, covering more than 2500 screen views and is continuously updated and expanded. Recently, modules on the topics of digitalisation, family office and sustainability in banking were added to the offering.
