Do you as a client advisor want to stay abreast in banking and financial markets, refresh your existing SAQ certificate and thereby support the solid foundation for your credibility and for building trust with your clients?

You have successfully completed the SAQ certification as a ‚bank client advisor‘ less than three years ago. Before the certificate expires, you would like to extend your certification for another three years. Fintelligence offers you an efficient and attractive saq recertification option.

SAQ Recertification

SAQ recertification requires three learning and training days. Fintelligence offers you the opportunity to complete these lessons online (studying e-learning modules).

You will gain access to the interactive Fintelligence e-learning and e-testing library for a period of several months.

During this period, you will study the relevant recertification content for your specific client advisor role.

At the end of the study period, you will independently carry out a self learning control of your knowledge (60-90 minutes).

Fintelligence takes care of the administration of the recertification. Once you have completed the required learning sessions, you will be notified and receive your renewed certificate directly from SAQ.

You refresh your certificate in your specific client segment, for example in Wealth Management, Retail Banking or Commercial Banking; it attests that you as a practitioner possess in-depth know-how in banking, extensive knowledge regarding financial products, and outstanding consulting skills, all of which enable you to offer excellent advice to your clients.

Requirements

You qualify to participate in the SAQ recertification, if you

  • are employed by a financial institution
  • are responsible for a client book (i.e. you are providing advice to clients), or you are a specialist in direct contact with clients
