On Thursday, 25 June, we had the privilege of speaking at the Euronext Academy alumni event at the historic Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan. We discussed the evolving demands on private bankers in light of artificial intelligence, rising client expectations, and macroeconomic uncertainty. The focus was on the skills required to stay competitive in a rapidly changing environment.
